This year I have been participating in the #100dayproject - my personal project has been #100daysofpaperfood, and I have been making (almost!) daily little paper collages and uploading them to twitter to share my progress.
I've never done anything like this before - and it was a little intimidating at first! It sounds almost easy to put a bit of time aside everyday to do something creative, but it really is stupidly hard to maintain this over 100 days!
The main reason I wanted to do it was so that it allowed me to have a little personal project on the go during some very busy months, with a clear focus. I began to really enjoy it and, even though I had some really tough periods (around day 30, and day 80 in particular!), I feel a great sense of achievement at having completed it.
I still want to tidy up the images on the computer and make a final huge banquets of them all - but in the meantime here are some of the snaps - and a quick sketchbook flick through!
